The Estate
Located in the commune of Sury-en-Vaux, Château La Rabotine is renowned for producing high-quality wines in the Centre Loire wine region. The estate makes a point of respecting winemaking traditions while integrating modern practices to optimize the quality of the grapes and wine. Established since 2010, Albin Roblin perpetuates the tradition of quality on the family estate comprising 12 hectares of vineyards.
The terroir
The Sancerre Rouge terroir is composed mainly of limestone and clay-limestone soils, which gives the wine a distinctive minerality and a unique aromatic complexity. The vineyards benefit from a temperate climate, ideal for growing Pinot Noir.
