It all started in 2017
Marie-Laure Pauvert decided to create VINAdemi, a micro-enterprise based on the Alsace wine route, in the heart of this magnificent vineyard.
After more than thirty years of professional experience in the electronics industry, Marie-Laure decided to open a new professional chapter and share her interest in wine and the terroirs of France.
In an over-represented or even hyper-distributed wine market, the VINAdemi team wants to bring something new and different while preserving the taste of the terroir, of French gastronomy and by honoring the know-how of French producers.
The wine market has indeed been evolving rapidly for decades. We no longer consume wine in the same way, and our expectations are obviously not the same as in the past. We also regularly see the emergence of new consumption patterns and new packaging.
The concept of VINAdemi is to provide access to great wines as well as the diversity of French terroirs in 37.5cl packaging, packaging which is currently very little represented on the market but perfectly suited to a new varied and reasoned consumption.
It is therefore quite natural that the credo that VINAdemi wishes to share with its customers is the following: drink less but above all drink better!
To achieve this, the VINAdemi team has selected major names in the wine world, as well as the productions of small local producers, to offer them for retail sale on this e-commerce site dedicated to enthusiasts and the curious.
Finally, VINAdemi has put in place a logistics system, a dedicated stock and a quality customer service to meet all your requests.
All the resources deployed have the sole objective of bringing you pleasure in your drinks.
The adventure continues in 2024
Marie-Laure shares her passion for wine with her daughter Axelle, who has decided to take over the business and give it a new lease on life. She is transforming the micro-enterprise into a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) in order to seize new opportunities. 
A marketing graduate with several years of experience in the industry, Axelle trained in wine tasting and sommelier skills at the École des Vins et Spiritueux in Paris. This allows her to offer you an ever-growing selection of fine wines on the VINAdemi website.
New wine regions will soon be featured on the site and new wines will appear for your enjoyment.
