The Estate

Domaine Pierre Martin & Fils, covering 17 hectares, is located in the heart of Sancerre, mainly around Chavignol, a small wine-growing village also renowned for its iconic cheese, Crottin de Chavignol.

Farmed using traditional methods, some of the estate's terroirs, such as Monts Damnés and Le Cul de Beaujeu, already enjoy worldwide renown.

Currently, the estate is in transition to organic farming.

The Wine

The nose, pleasant, refined, and delicate, reveals aromas of citrus, then, upon aeration, notes of peach, pear, and white flowers. On the palate, elegance combines with a beautiful balance and a creamy texture, accompanied by complexity and minerality. The finish is long and persistent.
