The domain

The estate was founded in 1840 after François Tiollier bought the property, which was planted with vines and fruit trees. Sylvain Tiollier took over the estate in 2011, breathing new life into the property by bringing a modern feel while preserving its traditions.

The Wine

An aromatic, generous, and harmonious wine. Its aging on lees gives it depth and intensity. The nose, both powerful and elegant, reveals aromas of flowers, sweet spices, and ginger. On the palate, it is distinguished by its remarkable complexity, offering flavors of honey, apricot, acacia, and quince.
