The Estate

Located in the heart of the Southwest, this family estate has been cultivating vines for several generations, respecting tradition and the terroir. Nestled on the clay hillsides of the appellation, the vines benefit from an ideal environment for producing authentic wines that are both elegant and expressive.
They make it a point of honor to work each plot with precision, promoting local grape varieties such as Braucol, Duras or Prunelart, while integrating complementary varieties such as Syrah.
Their artisanal and respectful approach to the fruit is reflected in each of their wines, sincere reflections of the terroir and know-how.

Wine Information

The Terroir

The vines, aged 15 to 20 years, thrive on mid-slope exposed hillsides. The soil, composed of over 50% clay, gives the wine volume and a silky texture. The label illustrates this rolling landscape and the clay veins emblematic of our terroir.

Winemaking

Each grape variety is harvested separately, at its optimum ripeness, according to the characteristics of each plot. The harvest, sorted directly at the plot, is quickly yeasted. Fermentation is carefully controlled through temperature control. At the beginning of maceration (12 to 20 days maximum), we favor racking over traditional pumping over. Racking is carried out manually using a conveyor belt. Throughout the process, interventions are gentle and precise to preserve the fruit and finesse of the wine.

Tasting Note

Each grape variety brings its own personality:

• Braucol : aromatic intensity and freshness.

• Duras : finesse and peppery notes.

• Prunelart : quality tannins.

• Syrah : roundness and length in the mouth.

This balanced blend ensures consistency from one vintage to the next. The result: a fruity red wine with a moderate structure, supported by fine, elegant tannins.
