The terroir

Château Boujac is a family estate committed to organic farming. The care given to the vines and respectful winemaking allow it to express all the richness of Négrette , the emblematic grape variety of the Fronton appellation.

Tasting

Eye : Pale and luminous color with salmon highlights.
Nose : Fine and expressive, blending aromas of small red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant), white flowers and a hint of citrus.
Palate : Fresh attack, supple and fruity mouthfeel with a lovely liveliness. Clean, subtly spicy finish.
