The "Les Grands Terroirs" cuvée from Veuve Fourny et Fils is an exceptional Brut Premier Cru champagne. The result of a marriage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée combines 80% Premier Cru plots, mainly from Vertus, and 20% Grand Cru plots. The grapes are hand-harvested and the reserve wines, stored in small oak barrels, bring great complexity to this fresh and fruity champagne, balanced between liveliness and roundness. Vinification is carried out with 7 months of aging on lees, guaranteeing a refined taste. Available in several sizes, from half-bottle to Jeroboam, this is an ideal champagne for all special occasions.
