The villages of Magny-lès-Villers and Pernand-Vergelesses are the nest of the Bourgogne Aligoté of Maison Jadot. It is the terroir of predilection of this wine. This young and gourmet Bourgogne Aligoté is a light white wine with green reflections and aromas of pome fruits and citrus fruits. It will be ideal with salty or spicy cuisine, charcuterie and seafood. It is also the base of the authentic Kir.
