The domain

The estate was created in 1840, after François Tiollier bought the property, which was planted with vines and fruit trees. Since 2011, Sylvain Tiollier has taken over the estate, giving it a new lease of life by bringing modernity while preserving traditions.

The Wine

An aromatic, generous and harmonious wine. Its aging on lees gives it depth and intensity. The nose, both powerful and elegant, reveals aromas of flowers, sweet spices and ginger. On the palate, it is distinguished by a remarkable complexity, offering flavors of honey, apricot, acacia and quince.
