The terroir of the Côtes du Rhône white Belleruche is established on stony marl soils and well-irrigated clay-limestone hillsides that warm up from the beginning of spring, allowing for beautiful maturity. This Belleruche, golden yellow in color with aromas of apricot and fennel with some floral scents, is very elegant. It will go wonderfully with fish à la plancha and other grilled fish, with poultry or simply with a platter of cold meats.
