The Saint-Véran appellation surrounds the Pouilly-Fuissé vineyard and produces only white wines. Saint-Véran Trénel comes from plots with beautiful south- and west-facing slopes in the villages of Chasselas and Davayé. The clay-limestone soil is of high quality. This wine offers a rich range of aromas ranging from stone fruit to white-fleshed fruit and exotic fruit, then fresh butter. It is a complex wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with poultry in sauce or seafood. But it is also enjoyed with pressed cheeses such as Cantal.
